Using this site

You may browse ra7bitdj.com freely. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What belongs to RA7BIT

All music, video, visual content, artwork, the RA7BIT name and the masked identity on this site are owned by RA7BIT Entertainment LLC or licensed to it. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.

Without written permission you may not:

• reproduce, re-upload or distribute the music or visual content
• use any of it in your own release, show, video, stream or advertising
• train a model on it, or use it to generate derivative content
• remove or alter any credit, watermark or identifying mark

Press assets

Images and text marked as press assets may be used by promoters, media and event partners for the sole purpose of announcing, promoting or reporting on a RA7BIT performance. Keep them unedited apart from cropping and resizing, and credit RA7BIT. Any other use needs written permission.

Booking enquiries

Sending a booking enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve a date. A booking exists only once both sides have confirmed it in writing, with the fee, date, format and technical requirements agreed. Fees, availability and technical requirements are confirmed per event.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party platforms — Beatport, SoundCloud, Instagram, Cloudflare Stream and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using it, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled by the courts competent for Sheridan County, Wyoming. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.

The short version

This site does not ask you to create an account, does not set advertising cookies, and does not sell or share your data with anyone. If you email us, we keep the email so we can answer it. That is essentially all.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you write to ra7bitdj@gmail.com — a booking enquiry, a press request, anything — we receive your email address, your name and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to answer you and to organise the booking.
• Anonymous visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.
• Standard server logs. Our host, Vercel, records technical request data such as IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. This is normal hosting operation.

What we do not do

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to
• No selling, renting or sharing of your data
• No newsletter sent unless you asked for one
• No profiling and no automated decisions about you

Third parties

The site loads content from Cloudflare Stream (video), Tailwind CDN and jsDelivr (code), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Embedded players and links to Beatport, SoundCloud and Instagram are governed by those companies' own privacy policies once you interact with them.

How long we keep things

Booking and press correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for the working relationship and for any legal or accounting obligation, and deleted after that. Analytics data is aggregate and not linked to you.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with similar law, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to ra7bitdj@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Nothing is sold on this site yet

ra7bitdj.com currently takes no payments. Music is sold through Beatport and other stores, and their refund policies apply to those purchases, not ours.

Bookings and performance fees

Fees, deposits, cancellation windows and force-majeure conditions are set out in the individual booking agreement for each event. Nothing on this page replaces that agreement.

Digital products, when they launch

When downloadable products — sample packs, visual packs, licences, courses — become available here, these rules will apply:

• Delivery is immediate and digital. Because the file is delivered at once and cannot be returned, the EU right of withdrawal is waived at the moment of purchase, and you will be asked to confirm that at checkout.
• If a file is corrupted, incomplete or does not match its description, tell us within 14 days and you get a working file or your money back.
• If a download link fails, we replace it — that is never a reason for you to lose what you paid for.
• Buying the wrong product by mistake: write to us. If it has not been downloaded, we refund it.

How to ask

Email ra7bitdj@gmail.com with your order reference and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
